The description
3-4- floor multipurpose trading-entertaining complex with a total area of 82550 square meters includes underground and ground parking places, a supermarket, banquet halls and halls for solemn ceremonies, restaurants, cafe, game and auxiliary premises. Visually the facade shares on two parts corresponding functional division of a complex. In one third of building 6 levels of the open elevated parking places will be placed. The remained part of a facade is presented in the form of a chess composition in which deaf modules from the polished concrete alternate with planes of stained-glass windows from the transparent glass, turned to the main facade under a corner of 7 degrees. Stained-glass windows are intended for accommodation of the centralized advertising the Trading Complex which will be solved in uniform style and to coordinate with shape of a building. The wide concrete parapet emphasizing integrity of the volume, unites a facade on all length with 30- meters peak of  the western facade and becomes isolated 20 meters  pylon of the main entrance in banquet halls. Near to this input 2 glass prisms penetrating all floors of a building and leaving on a roof settle down. The panoramic lifts, the closed viewing platforms, cafe and restaurants are situated in there , and on the top level - halls of solemn ceremonies will be placed. Under the peak a front entrance - two open viewing platforms. Bottom, solved in the form of 30 meter console, in a warm season it can be used under the open restaurant. The socle of a facade is typed from bright concrete panels. The axis of a building is created in a form of atrium, uniting all space of a complex.
